    Amsterdam, 26 March 2026 – Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (SBFE) today announced the expansion of their longstanding strategic partnership in Europe, marking a new phase of growth for Dr Pepper and Canada Dry across 15 European countries. Building on more than 20 years of collaboration, the expanded partnership reflects a shared ambition to scale faster in Europe, with the objective of driving accelerated growth and market share gains. 

    The partnership, which became effective in January 2026, aims for new heights in scope and scale, bringing together KDP’s iconic brands with SBFE's strong local footprint, execution capabilities and route-to-market expertise across Europe. Covering 15 markets, the collaboration has a dual focus: accelerating growth in established markets where Dr Pepper and Canada Dry are already present – such as France and Poland – and opening new markets where consumer demand, category dynamics and local tastes create strong potential for long-term growth, including Switzerland and Iberia. The expanded partnership includes commitments around marketing, distribution and access to innovation.

    Scaling iconic brands across Europe
    KDP’s brands are growing strongly in their home market, and Europe represents a significant growth opportunity as consumers increasingly seek unique flavour experiences, while zero-sugar options continue to drive category growth for those looking for balance without compromise. Dr Pepper and Canada Dry are well positioned to respond to this shift. 

    With its iconic 23-flavour blend, Dr Pepper offers a one-of-a-kind taste that resonates with consumers looking for originality and self-expression, particularly among younger adults. Canada Dry, with its unmistakable ginger character, answers a growing appetite for refreshing yet comforting flavours that elevate everyday moments.

    SBFE is already a key player in Europe’s carbonated soft drinks market, with well-known brands such as Schweppes and Orangina. The expanded partnership with KDP strengthens SBFE's portfolio further, reinforcing its ability to respond to increasingly diverse consumer expectations.

    Innovation with impact
    KDP has been a leader in what consumers want most, with category-leading innovation launches and more than 40 zero-sugar offerings in its portfolio. In Europe, flavour and zero‑sugar are key growth drivers in the carbonated soft drinks (CSD) market, with more than a quarter of CSD volumes already zero‑sugar and continuing to grow steadily. Within zero‑sugar CSDs, flavoured variants account for 26.1% , highlighting consumers’ appetite for taste without compromise.

    The extended partnership is built to deliver on these trends. From January 2026, the portfolio will expand with Dr Pepper Regular, Zero and Cherry, alongside bold new creations from Canada Dry.
