Amsterdam, 3 November 2025 – Schweppes International Limited (SIL), part of Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (SBFE), is delighted to announce the appointment of Danette Panday as new Transformation Director of Suntory Beverage & Food EECM-Benelux (SBF EECM-Benelux), effective 1 November 2025. Based in our Amsterdam office, Danette will spearhead strategic transformation initiatives across Europe, Africa and the Caribbean, driving operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Danette Panday has more than 21 years of international experience in supply chain, R&D, innovation and commercial operations across the energy and FMCG sectors. Over nine years at Suntory, she has delivered large-scale transformation, combining a people-centric approach with a strong focus on performance and efficiency. As R&D Operational Excellence Director, she has boosted innovation and productivity across SBFE, embedding a continuous improvement mindset and developing Kaizen capabilities across the organisation.

Prior to joining Suntory, Danette held various strategic and operational leadership positions at SABMiller, Unilever, and Shell, where she built deep expertise in large-scale transformation, capability development, and business integration. Her work has consistently focused on aligning people, process, and performance to deliver long-term impact.
